Quite a nice Chianti Classico from a producer I haven’t had before. 2018, not a year with a ton of refinement or lift, but still gives great earth and fruit, medium body, medium plus acid. Great with prosciutto stuffed ravioli.

一口目は割としっかりした果実。
キャンティクラシコというよりは、モンタルチーノみたいな。
しっかり感もありながら、涼やかな小梅みたいなニュアンスとあるし、レーズン、甘草系のトーン、グローブ、ナツメグの茶色系のスパイスもあるのにしっかりエレガンスもある。
ブルゴーニュ、ボルドーどのグラスでも美味しい…
