キャンティクラシコというよりは、モンタルチーノみたいな。
しっかり感もありながら、涼やかな小梅みたいなニュアンスとあるし、レーズン、甘草系のトーン、グローブ、ナツメグの茶色系のスパイスもあるのにしっかりエレガンスもある。
ブルゴーニュ、ボルドーどのグラスでも美味しい…
