We love Plumpy. Lovely texture and mouthfeel. Nice long finish, and not overly sweet. Nice dark fruit profile, with a nifty acidic presence, complemented with balsamic notes, and black tea. Not the over-the-top Napa fruit-bomb. Probably at its zenith now. Drink up, or else...

Drinking perfectly - dark red cherries, black plum, roasted meat, leather, menthol, and slight hint of yellow bell, pepper, all wrapped in elevated tannins and a long, silky finish.

Good but not up to Plumpjack's usual standards. Maybe I am just spoiled by the '07's in the cellar.
