Mar 14th, 2020Etna Carricante with a dash of Riesling. Sweet apples, lemon zest, sweet flowers and honey. Plus a pinch of white pepper and the typical stony Riesling notes.
On the palate quite sweet and creamy, with juicy acidity, nice balance and food length. Not really mineral and lacking depth and the volcanic salinity. Not bad for terrace sipping though.

2016 in 9/25. STELLAR....behaved more Chard like w its weight, tree fruit tones and dare i say mild "roundness". Med+ body. Maybe a KL Cali buy? Wish I had more but drank this right time. Better in AP vs Burg stem. 13%
