Concentrated, Smokey blackcurrant, blackberry and blueberry compote, Christmas cake and salted chocolate brownie with a warm gravel mineral touch.
Palate has wonderfully buffered tannin, ripe black berry fruit that follows on from the nose and well balanced acidity. Medium bodied with good concentration of fruit but manages to maintain a vibrant freshness. Impressive stuff!
