Verily enjoying. Not bad for a grocery store wine and quite nice for a fast food pairing. Live mas.

If you like your champagne a bit off-dry, with a fresh fruity-floral character, this one is for you. Fresh fruit aromas with toasty notes. On the palate sweet stone fruits, notes of tropical fruit, nuts and honey, soft and gentle. Lingering finish ending with mild chalky-yeasty character. Nice balance with good bead flow. Tasting Sample.

Incredibly persistent perlage, bright apple and lemon notes.

You can't go wrong. Bready, yeasty, and a perfect go-to champagne for all-around goodness.

Always solid - always comes through. My wife & I, along with some dear friends, sat down for dinner at a local sushi joint and asked for a wine list / cocktail menu. “We don’t serve alcohol, however we are BYOB,” the waitress kindly replied. Duh! I thought to myself. I knew that already but the memory had escaped me when making the dinner plans. So, my buddy & I made a quick trip to the grocery store across the street and got a chilled bottle of Piper. Came through in a pinch, as it always does 🍾🥂🍣

About as classic as you can get, especially from one of the large champagne houses. The customary plethora of fine bubbles to go along with the light amber color in the glass. Roasted nuts get things started off on the nose but accompanied by chalk, brioche, and a variety of fresh red and blue fruits. Full and rich, she’s a substantial pour yet still lithe and generous. She’s also immaculately clean, poised, and precise. A bit more fruit forward than her peers, there is an abundance of pears, green apples, and lemon curd. Vanilla, pineapples, and biscuits come to play. This is an excessively pretty champagne. Definitely a few notches above the average.
