Enjoyed with Barrett's over filet and spinach Gruyere casserole. The 2010 was dynamite following 3 hours of decant time before dinner.

Great smoke and tobacco on the nose. Lots of dark fruit and fig with a lovely soft finish. Great Cab from Pine Ridge. Sits at 14.5%. Decanted for a couple of hours, great now or for the next ten years.
