Smooth cab with lots of layers. Nicely balanced. Revisiting 5/5/19. Opening up nicely right out of the gate. Notes of cassis and red fruit. Very structured still, young, but already elegant.

Very good but the 2016 was better. The 2015 needed a couple hours of decanting but opened up pretty well after that.

Floral nose that is opulent and unctuous on the palate. Nice oak with well balanced, round tannins with pomegranate, ripe dark cherry fruit with a hint of black pepper on the long, balanced finish.
