Oh the wine - nice deep color but had sediment which did please me - decanted for a hour - too damn anxious and want my wine - nose is nice - full bouquet 💐 of everything - rare for me to say but even though this a 09 this taste young - needs more air BUT I know PIna and this is what it does - it opens and opens and opens - so have smiles which will become bigger smiles as I try more (and Wolfpack beat the Heels I pray) - new week for me so smile people smile

Black fruit and leather on the nose. Delish and very well balanced with a long finish. Not the fruitiest wine on the palate, but well structured and enjoyable. I struggle with this wine because their Cahoots blend is so damn good.

Jun 11th, 2021Side by side with a Pina Howell Mtn tonight. This is a fun competition.
Give this an hour + to breath. It started hard to the point I didn’t believe my last rating. Opened up and I’m just smiling.

Nice! Perfect timing drinking in 2020. Leather, oak and blackberry notes. Still plenty of tannins on this one. No need to decant for us. This wine can age a little longer if you are saving it. Plenty of sediment but no complaints! winetourpros knows! Or is it “nose” lol enjoy and books wine tour in the Napa Valley!

Apr 30th, 2020Oak, candied black fruit with herbal undertones. Deep garnet color, heavy mouthfeel. Minnesota winters are long - spring-like weather feels SO GOOD.
