Quite tannic upfront with good amount of fruit. Smooth finish.

Soft and not too acidic, but still structured. Smells like brambles and jam. Yum!

Incredible fruity aroma and then drank nicely even though we did not let it aerate and decant enough to get a full sense of the wine. Paired with grass fed New Zealand Wagyu. Yum!
