Cienega Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

I really like this.

This was a bit tight at first. After a couple hours, this wine opened up nicely.

(Y) Fort Ord Class VI $15.25.

This was exactly what I expect from a Cabernet. It was spicy and robust, but the tannins didn't mask the wine as sometimes they do.

Tannin you would expect from a cab, spicier than I imagined it would be, slight burn but nothing unpleasant. Good dark fruit, maybe tobacco in the secondary. Good not great

Not too light/complex. Cherry/tobacco flavor...slight peppery taste. Paid $15
