This was rich showing ripe notes of lemon, pear fruit, flint, chalk & mineral. My only complaint is that it needed a little bit more acid to balance the ripeness

Un nez avec un peu de miel et une touche beurrée, un côté presque salin aussi qu’on retrouve en bouche malgré une rondeur et richesse qui fait très Murisaltien comme style, nous avons tous dits Meursault à l’aveugle, tout en ayant une structure et acidité qui supporte le tout, très équilibré, des saveurs intenses et précises, un petit côté presque laiteux sur cette longueur fort impressionnante, j’adore le style (aucune réduction) et quel niveau pour un Villages, bravo! 92-93
Beautiful nose with a slight touch of honey and butter, saline even and we find that also on the gorgeous palate, very balanced, very Meursault style yet with some backbone and acidity, round and rich but not too much, very impressive length with almost a touch of a milky texture, wonderful level for a Villages appellation, bravo!
