Aug 13th, 2019Second taste from Coravin is much better than the first. Once it opens, Layers of very ripe and concentrated red fruit, both luscious, almost sweet, yet restrained by the acidity. In the background, iron-like core, layered silky tannins, and pronounced lingering minerality.  pretty much flawless in its style.
