2021/6. PYCM basically never disappoints. I’m not very familiar with this vineyard (it looks like it’s on a south-facing slope in the side-valley that split off at Pernand, which sounds like it should have potential). This basically has all the elements you could want in a classic Côte de Beaune white - lemon curd, flowers, stone, butter - with a nice backbone of acidity and a savory, tangy finish.
