Needs time to breathe but once it is open for a few, quite delicious.

Gentle cedar peach and citrus nose. On the palate well integrated acid and medium body with pears and white flowers. Buttery and biscuity from some time on the lees. Just perfectly balanced with a long finish. Good show.
