Dec 10th, 2016A lovely elegant Chassagne Motnrachet. This 1er Cru is excellent, you get wood structure minerality and acidity that all fall together like a well crafted mosaic. Deep luxurious gold color, nose of butterscotch, loads of minerals, chalk, lemon, grape fruit, hint of tropical fruit, full round smooth creamy body, with lovely supportive acidity. Long superb finish. My score 88, drink 2014-2020.
