May 9th, 2024Intense rounded honeyed midpalate, amazingly deep fruit. Young but very good. Intense floral notes and huge length. Noticeable oak, but it’s well integrated. Lacks some of the finesse and prettiness of Criots but I suspect that’ll come with age.

PYCM! The producer I am most excited about in burgundy as of late. Decant on this is recommended, but a wine that is umami driven and sheds its Layers with time.
