Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey
Criots-Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru Chardonnay
Gorgeous precise lifted fruit. Sweet lemon, stone and a whiff of honeysuckle. Really balanced and beautiful and very calm for a PYCM. Gorgeous stuff.

May 9th, 2024Intense rounded honeyed midpalate, amazingly deep fruit. Young but very good. Intense floral notes and huge length. Noticeable oak, but it’s well integrated. Lacks some of the finesse and prettiness of Criots but I suspect that’ll come with age.

Feb 9th, 2016Unfortunately this along with others in the range didn't stand out as spectacular or distinctive which blew my mind because I'm a huuuge fan of the producer.

Oct 13th, 2015PYCM! The producer I am most excited about in burgundy as of late. Decant on this is recommended, but a wine that is umami driven and sheds its Layers with time.
