Decent heft to this Pinot Blanc, a varietal toiling in relative obscurity... fresh red apple & citrus on a shy nose, some nuances of the herbaceous - silky if a bit viscous on the palate with lively acidity. Straight forward unapologetic in lacking complexity- great for aperitif or light fare
