Real length and tremendous tart green gooseberry finish. Greenness, fruit and smoky notes. Very generous and classic.

2022 Independence Day Party 🇺🇲 with several members of our Tastevin crew and extended friends.🍷 Proof that our palates are wider than Burgundy. Notes may be light, scores will be honest.

Very yeasty with rich lime leaf aromas. Firm citrus (lime again) on the palate. Clean bright finish.

Renowned for being well made, pale lemon, fine bubbles and mousse, aromas of fresh stone fruits, warm biscuits and hints of floral. On the palate fresh fruit flavors of white peaches and crisp apple with hints of citrus zest. Long finish ending with rich yeasty mineral character.

A lot of deep chalky minerality on this disgorgement, clean and precise fruit, handsome and inviting. 12/2019 disgorgement

Had this in late 2019, this is a new batch, a Fav! Rodolphe Péters took over the reins of this venerable estate in the southern Côte des Blancs in 2008, becoming the 4th generation to lead since the estate was founded in 1919, under the name Camille Péters. 100% Chardonnay, Crisp, fine mousse with steady flow of bubbles. Citrus, and biscuit aromas. Fresh fruit flavors of peach, apples and lemons, smooth and dry. Long mineral finish ending with elegance. Nice! Consistent quality!

Celebrating nearing the end of eating outside for 2019 . Beautiful honey & apple scents on the nose . Joined in the mouth by judicious acid and hints of citrus . Great accompaniment to our grilled portobellos. Love .375’s. Psychological score would be much higher😊

Not a knock on this cuvée at all, but this one of the best disgorgements I’ve tried in a while. All the edge and chalky depth I want in BdB with an alluring layer of vibrant and ripe citrus fruit. There’s just a touch more generosity, giving this already great bottle extra mouthfeel and length. Touch of green, but more minty than grassy for my palate, works well with the wine. 11/2018 disgorgement, going to assume 50 2015 50 perpetual reserve?
