This was good for a Netflix night. But this bottle was young and did not seem to represent the region well. May revisit at a later time.

I like most cotes du rhones. This one is pretty good. Dark red, but a fairly light body. A little grassy and a little fruity.

aromas of sandalwood, cranberries, spice, a little tobacco, faint red licorice, a little meaty garrigue. redcurrant added by the palate. good savory red fruit. faintest tannins.

Garnet red in color slightly acidic body with hint of smoke and dark fruit. Very bland on the palate not for me.
