Disgorged 11/24 with 5gr dosage. Golden color with high acidity. Lot of brioche notes, fresh apple with bruised apple showing after 3 ours of air. Long time on the lees. This has a lot more oxidative character than other of the Moncuit cuvees

Pale yellow on pour…vivid notes of lemon, quince, yuzu with a hint of baked bread. Medium weight, nice acid/fruit balance. No “wow” here, but nicely serviceable as early summer dinner companion to Veal Piccatta …lemon, butter, capers, champagne… near perfection!
