Densely aromatic, notes of brioche and baked apples. Creamy, rich texture but nothing heavy

Fabulous balance between a rich and opulent mouthfeel and razor-sharp acidity, this Blanc de Blancs shows aromas and flavors of lemon, oyster shells, subtle brioche, and a subtle floral touch. Extremely elegant and well proportioned, with a very long finish this should continue to gain in complexity for next 15 years.

Big for a BdB. Complex. Mellow yellow fruit and coconut toast.

Bubbles are light and finessed. Wine could use some acid. A bit heavy on the lime and the chalk. Just ok.
