This might be my absolute favorite champagne at this price. All about juxtaposition of opposites. Nose is very toasty, oxidative, oak-fermented and opulent overall, let alone for a NV. Palate though is lean, citrus-driven, highly mineral and with a clean albeit not overly complex finish. Highly subjective but this cheapo-Krug gives me all I could ask for at this price

Beautiful Le Mesnil. Nice biscuit core, concentration, and persistent glowing finish. At a price you can drink every day. Nice Garrrrrry
