Jun 7th, 2022This is a grands epenots. Just after opening the bottle it tastes like a high alcohol Sonoma Pinot. Decant and wait for one hour and the wine transforms immensely. Still very rich (maybe a bit fat) burgundy Pommard. All black fruit with great minerality and salinity. More cote de nuits than cote the beaune. Strong effort but misses some elegance, all power
