Comes from 5 different lieux-dits within Meursault. White peach, honey crisp apples, wet limestone, flowers, with a bit of funk, almost like buttermilk. Orchard fruit carries over to the palate, forming a memorable peaches and cream finish that sweetens in the mouth, as though someone drizzled wildflower honey on the peaches--but without being too sweet. Outstanding QPR wine.

Welcoming our new family member Zoë today and what better occasion to open something nice on the favorite list of the wifey: Meursault
Expressive and explosive citrus fruits. Wet stones and citrus oil. Mineral and acidity driven, precise. Awesome wine from Mr Girardin. Can use some additional cellar time but a pleasure already.
