Great baked/yeasty aromas. Lemon custard flavors and even a bit of tannins in the finish.

Definitely indicative of the vintage, not sure whether I really enjoy '09 so much, there's minerality on the finish, but that slight pear juice ripeness factor isn't so appealing to me.

Apple, pear and freshly baked bread. M+ acid. M intensity. Somewhat creamy. Spice, ginger and white pepper. Daffodils. This could probably age decades. Fabulous!

Ive drank a lot of great bubbles lately. But this is perhaps my favorite in the last year

Delicious. Nice acid. Gingery spice on the finish. Apple and pears up front.

Dry as can be, the lightest toast in the hottest oven.

2009 vintage
