Grains de Celles Extra Brut Champagne Blend

Not very complex, but easy to drink. 09/16 Disgorgement.

Excellent way to start and evening.

With unit and crab noodles!!

Toasted bread, plum and wild strawberry. Wet rocks. M+ acid and m body. Long finish. Whew! This needs food! Incredible.

Deliciously mineral with a pronounced bakeshop character and balanced despite very little dosage.

Citrus and a bit toasty. Easy drinking. Good value!

Tasty Green Apple, some yeasty notes. Crisp. 50% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay 25% Pinot Blanc. 2.5 years on lees. 3 g dosage, disgorged in April 2019.

Lemony and nutty, on the rich side but with nice precision, great by itself but even better with food, this is the style of Champagne I like and is a fantastic value. This was a 2012 base disgorged in January 2016 and is 50% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, and 25% Pinot Blanc.
