This wine was outstanding. Forest floor, mushrooms, sage and lavender with hints of sweet cherry throughout the whole experience. Great body and structure. Had it with someone who'd never had aged Burg and it was a treat to watch a mind get blown.

Very delicate, a bit slow to open up, but after an hour there is beautiful forest floor mushrooms, sweet mid-palate, pretty finish
