This is a great Soave. You can drink by itself but like Italian wines food definitely makes a difference. Canapés, shellfish and light pasta dishes only make it heavenly.

Lemon, pineapple, peaches, floral, slate, great acidity. Very enjoyable and easy to drink. Happy birthday to me!

Not the Soave I drank in college. Yellow green to gold in color. Intense nose/Flavors of flower, citrus and green apple. Dry, long and elegant. Loved it and QPR can't be beat at under $18.00/bottle. Glad to have a case.
