Nectarine, white flowers, fresh sour bread starter, white peach. Good now. Could be even better with a little age (8yr?)

Green yellow. Fruity first, then sour citrus and green apple. Not sweet but sweet. Fruits tasty wine! Piccolo Ernesto Le rive Gavi @2300, Yangi, 230203-240418

Starts off with fruit: lemon, grapefruit, apple flesh. Shifts to minerals and seashells with a little salinity. Short finish. Medium acidity. Just a little creaminess at the very very end.
