Primitivo, Montepulciano, Nero D'Avola, Merlot. Meaty and well aged with a nice core of dried fruit. Very nice.

Versatile , with cheese & nibbles on games night. Soft but flavourful, goes down easy.

An Italian “Locations-type” wine. Blended with Montepulciano de Abruzzo, Nero d’Avola from Sicily, Merlot from the Veneto and Primitivo from Puglia. Dark ruby color. Intense nose of bramble berries, black licorice and tobacco. Generous pallet is full of ripe cherry, bramble berries, coffee and figs. Touch of RS? Long and lingering finish. Quite plush and dense. Better than I expected. Thank You, Chris B.

Very broad and generally fruity. No discernible flavor or aromas. Pleasant enough table wine. But for $16, I would just get a phantom or something else. When we first popped the cork, it had somewhat interesting fruity flavor, but that disappeared quickly. Didn’t hold up the next night.
