This flows across the palate with ease, energetic and lifted with a solid core of ripe wild berry fruits that slowly drench the palate in youthful tension. Beautiful and luscious wine, I felt it has the soft and petty nose of a Gamay, with more red fruit than blue. Slight barnyard reminiscent of a burgundy. If you can find it drink it

Sweet tobacco, crushed flowers, mint, licorice and dried herbs add lovely aromatic nuance to this mid-weight, gracious Rosso. Silky fruit and soft contours add to the wine's considerable personality, immediacy and appeal. The 2015 is not super-complex, but it is immensely delicious. Drink it over the next handful of years. One hell of a rosso. Earth and liquorice abound. Rich, full and hugely satisfying. So much better than loads of Brunello. Awesome
