Jul 15th, 2022White pepper and bright raspberry. Roses and stones, underbrush. No tannins but enough crisp fruit. Looks light but doesn’t drink light. What’s a better red with fish? The fruit is soft but the acidity is long. Despite the soft fruit, relatively low alcohol 13.5%

Tai Rosso, former Tocai, from the Cru of Barbarano, Vicenza. Fresh and crisp, but not an easy one. Good structure and long finish. Very typical and so good...

Fruity with no tannins. Could see how would be great with fish. Having with truffle pasta and it’s absolutely delightful.
