Poured as a night cap. Philipponnat’s Eau-de-Vie de Marc de Champagne “Clos des Goisses” (say that five times fast!) pours almost colorless with high viscosity. There are powerful notes of fresh Bosque pear and exotic spices with a great body and long finish. Bangin’!
