Seems maybe past its prime. Bitter almond, dry honey, skin of hazelnuts and walnuts, and aged cheese on nose. Very dry, bracing acidity and intact bubbles with distinct fino sherry tone. Interesting, but I haven't had champagne this old, so I'm not sure what to make of it.
