09 Pacalet Charmes: very pretty colour, quite vibrant; elegant cx bouquet of red fruit w a distinct note of animal cut and lift; xlnt attack, surprisingly so for the vintage, generous mid palate, lacking a touch of genuine intensity- as distinct from size - leads to a pleasingly med long farewell. Very VERY nicely made: the winemakers hand has been v gentle.
