Soft and tea-like with scents of autumn leaves and compost. Enjoyable now - 2010

Beautiful aromatics - so pretty. And so much vibrancy for its seventh year. Cherry blossoms, cranberry, orange zest, subtle nutmeg. Very restrained use of oak great acid. My kind of Burgundy. Thanks Bri!

This was my fave of the more carbonic Pacalet wines. Really fresh, dense and more savory/spice elements! Very good

Great aromatics of spice and fruit. Light in the mouth with good red berries. High acid by not over the top.

Terrifically vibrant, high acidity, amazing aromatics, but needs time to flesh out on the palate. 2011!
