Translucent ruby, lots of red fruits w hint of oak. Vibrant acidity, dry, mid- tannin. Elegant but youthful.

Celebrating tax day being over with a flashy and young Gevrey. Really good, and will wait on the next for a while.

Aging beautifully! Decanted for 45 minutes. Black fruit with some earthy and charcoal flavors. Excellent!

Love this! Drinks well now and will age wonderfully too.
Smokey black fruits, and earthiness. A nice backbone to this wine.

All the philipe leclerc premier crus taste similar to me, but they are all good! It’s a similar ‘masculine’ style to the others - red berries, truffle, herbs, baking spices, etc. long, extracted finish. He ages in oak longer than other domaines. Still a complex wine.

2011 vintage, fruity, mineral quality, and toasty. Excellent compliment to the Thanksgiving turkey.
