Signature Brut Blanc de Blancs Champagne Chardonnay

Favorite Champagne varietal, & when it's from a great producer from GC fruit it really shines. Really solid wine.

Love this bottling. Nothing comes close at this price / quality blancs de blancs.

Electrolytes unite!

Crisp and with a light zing. Brioche notes but subtle and lingering. Great presence but not aggressive. Nice finish.

Bright with hint of mineral and under-ripe fruit. Perfect to pair with caviar.

Citrus. Nice mouthfeel. Classic. Nice briochy finisg

A bit too acidic.

One of the best cheap Champagnes I've ever tasted and the best Blanc de Blanc I've ever had. Most Blancs overdue the acidity, but this one is balanced and crisp. Notes of yeast, almonds, Meyer lemons and minerality. Winner.

Apples transition to bursts of citrus plus some honeydew. Less than average on the dough and pretty fresh character. Some wet rock character balanced with the chalky notes. Not super viscous but finessed

White flower/citrus blossom, sweet peaches and fresh red apples. Lovely champagne!
