This is the best decision I’ve made all day. Any concern about the age evaporated into a perfume of bergamot, honeycomb, coconut, and orange peel. Viscous and vibrant on the palate, adding lemon pie and apple cider.

A bit over the top in oak and power. Not showing the elegance I had hoped for. Still a decent wine of its style.

I could drink this all day. Even better with a nice, slightly stinky soft French cheese or a buttery fish. Pleasant on everyone's palette. Oui, Oui.

Hitting its peak with delightful candied, Meyer lemon on the nose and palate with a hint of spice and almond. Finishing very long and smooth.

This was spectacular with the squash blossoms. Felt it had less stuffing than the Chenevotte, but that's nit picking.
