July 4th Friday was a total blowout! Killer bottles one after another. Here are just a few of the bottles we all enjoyed!
Haven’t had many Tanbark Hill bottles from Togni, but did not expect there to be so much spiced meat. Almost an overload of black pepper crusted cured meats. Very CdP like. Tart black cherry and old herbal spices.

Hello Friday. Hard to believe this is a second label. Bordeaux style Napa Cab. This took a couple hours to open up but completely worth the wait. Paired perfectly with ribeye.
