Galloni might see something in this that I missed tonight and while being a really big (make that HUGE!) fan of Togni and knowing the aging potential of his wines I'm certainly curious in following this.
Will it be another 1991?...I'm not totally convinced at this point but would still back up the truck.

This is undoubtedly next level but still in its larval stage. The youngest Togni I’ve opened and I consumed it solo over 2 days of the weekend. Much more expressive on day 2. Black cherry, cacao and saddle leather are there but it is reluctant right now. I’m not a score guy but I believe AG or RP gave this 100 points. Hold for a minimum of 10 years if you have the patience and space. Don’t get me wrong it is very good, it just hasn’t developed yet in to what makes his wines so damn special.

Great wine however way to young. Had to see what AG gave this 100pts.

Idk why my dad wanted to drink this now when I have a flight to Tokyo tomorrow. But I'm not complaining.

Rich, concentrated and bursting with flavor. This Estate bottled Cab is going to just get better over time. Thanks, Frank!

2013
Decanted for 3-4 hours and was still tight. Maybe in a couple years.

Long rich finish with full texture...flavors of dark berries, fig, tobacco...drinks well young.

Yes, I opened one wayyyyy too young by any measure, but I just needed to try a bottle. This is an incredible bottle of wine, with mounds of dark fruits, herbs, hint of smoke...I mean a true beauty. The others are going wayyyyyy back in the cage.
