Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Still singing. Stuff to age a bit longer but probably in its prime now. Tannins mostly resolved. Strong fruit.

2 hour plus decant needed. Fresh mushroom and wet earth on the nose. Full bodied, fleshy layers of plum, raspberry and flowers. Extremely well rounded with a seamless texture.

Stern, complex, savage.
Cassis, crunchy blackberry, kalamata olive, licorice, herbs, celery, creosote, saddle leather. Showing well, but no hurt in cellaring this for another 10 years.

Youthful and boisterous.

Magnum... The wine of the evening...

Last night patio gathering winner with friends. Still presenting so young. Complex. Elegant. One of my favorite producers. This could easily age another 15+ years.

Deep ruby color with bold flavors. Spice with some earthly hints. Plum, Cherry and berry!

Great wine. Could use some more time, maybe five years

Light, bright flavors, good table wine to enjoy.

2006 vintage...delectable once it opens up a bit.
