This is my first time trying a natural, wild, unfiltered and orange wine. It's nothing like a regular wine. The only thing I can compare it to is a basque cider, which is also natural and unfiltered. This means that the wild yeast fermentation overpowers the grape. However, I do taste a bit of golden raisin and gravel trail.
