Set the way back machine to 1996. Brings back memories of their patio, a little vegetal and the red cherry has mostly dropped out but very refined at this point, sill shows well for a 26 year old bottle of wine. Friday night Brisket it worked well to cut the fat. 1996 vintage on September 2, 2022.

Not very dry. Ok regular drinking wine. Not heavy enough for steak. Would go well with a filet not ribeye
