King of the type/ well , one of.
Delicate cinsault nose, candied rhubarb and herbs. I will say it’s going head to head with some delicious olive oil from Pruneti tonight. Yes, it’s a wish we were in Provence or Tuscany kind of evening.
The wine however, is fine, soft and nicely treading that line between fruit, soil, herbs. Refreshing.

N: Watermelon, strawberries, everything pale. Sandy beach.
P: So refreshing, touch of bitterness which I feel helps the structure. Better for food than sweetness. It’s like rinds and skins in the most pleasant way. A good thing it’s 12.5°, cause you could easily drink a lot.
Delicious.
Thanks @ Sokolin
