Lots of floral notes on the nose. Like I've stepped into a spring garden. A bit of cherry and strawberry as well. Those floral notes translate to the palate as well. As weird as it is to say, kind of reminds me of Dial soap with a bit of fennel. Medium acidity, good weight, and a finish of strawberry yogurt rounds it out. Very tasty, polished rosé.
