While limey and pleasantly flinty/reductive this also shows a sort of creamy, mid palate fatness that was unexpected. This should age well but the viscosity sent me for a loop.

Interesting first taste of Eden Valley Riesling. 440-490 m vineyard cool climate dry Riesling that has good acidity and stony white fruits and firm biting texture through the finish. Terrific with the variety of dinners art Rockies and Capital Reef Torrey schoolhouse.
