Pewsey Vale Vineyard
Single Vineyard Estate Eden Valley Dry Riesling
At 12 years of age this shows the ability of Australian Riesling to age - vibrant acidity and our flavors. Medium lemon color with pronounced aroma of lime, lemon oil, candied lemon peel, petrol, honeysuckle, wet stone, flint, toast and beeswax. Piercing acidity and a long finish. Bone dry.

Oct 20th, 2022Very pale green yellow. Flinty, slightly reduced aromas that I find compelling and delicious. Petrol, lime zest, citrus oil, wet stone. Sharpish and mouth watering with high acid and a medium minus body and alcohol. Bodes well for a very long life in the bottle.

Apr 25th, 2022An eye-opening Riesling with a nice minerally core and a nose full of diesel.

Jun 11th, 2019Eden Valley Riesling in a pure expression - limeade, ample saltiness, green apple, lemon zest, melon rind, and that classic early petrol (kerosine? Turpentine?) with a long puckery finish

Oct 7th, 2018I don't always drink wine from the Southern Hemisphere, but when I do I prefer Pewseyvale Riesling. Honeysuckle and lime, a little simple but nice acidity- will drink all day long for the price

Apr 4th, 2017Much rounder and softer than expected. Less intense than most Aussie Riesling. Great producer and delicious wine but a bit of an outlier #pewseyvale
