Individual Vineyard Selection Eden Valley Dry Riesling

Tasty! Bone dry and definitely very reminiscent of the great German kabinett's

Needs food (preferably something with lime and cilantro) to come alive.

Honeysuckle with tropical notes of papaya and pineapple show up on the nose and continue on the tongue. A little tangerine dances in the background on the finish. Really nice balance between the acid and sugar.

An impending Australia trip requires a lot of research.

Bright acid, tropical, and unique petrol. I believe my first Aussie Riesling. If they're anything like this, I'm excited to try more.

Dry. Lemon notes.

Everything I expected from Eden Valley. Green Apple and lime candies. Sour candy straws with salt on them. Margarita salt. After tasting there are noticeable aromas of petrol. Finishes incredibly dry with acidity that seems to hang around similar to drinking gimlets. Very happy with this choice.

Crisp, mineral, pristine. Light petrol, lime, lychee, a smidge of tangerine.

Sweet on the nose. Tart on the tongue.

On the sweeter side of dry. Better as it warns - don't serve too cold.
