Piedmont Red Wine, this 2004 aged well (Feb. 2016). Needed time to open. Dry yet a fruit taste of cherry followed by tobacco and vans Lola ash.

Brandied cherries, soy sauce, balsamic, dried thyme, musk, wet rocks, iron, dried tobacco, cedar, green peppercorns. Perfect acid/smooth velvet tannin structure, gorgeous silky texture, long earthy, herbal, slightly smoky finish. Complex, yet refined and approachable. Highly evolves in glass.
